I roleplay. Roleplaying is not a hobby for someone who has no time. When I do not have time to roleplay, I mentally roleplay by telling stories about my characters. I sometimes use these mental roleplays to help me in my daily life. In high school I would imagine teaching a few characters what I learned in school to help me reinforce what I learned. Recently I have done the same thing with Catholic beliefs; it gives me a chance to explain instead of just defend.

The best things are that you can do it anywhere at any time and if you screw up in your head no one gets hurt in real life.
