How do you feel about them?
Do you think people’s perception over all will eventually change?[/color:10n5fbnw]
October 18, 2006 at 9:10 pm #7135About Catholics TeamKeymasterI think they are distasteful. I would never get one and don’t see the point in having one.
Some people tend to think of them as body art, but I think it’s body junk.
Are you thinking of getting one? ” title=”Wink” />

I got one when I was younger. It’s Aramaic and was more of a response to how I felt at the time. Not a tattoo fanatic or anything, but I can understand why some people get them. Although I do think it get’s out of hand. [/color:xmzkr75i]

October 19, 2006 at 2:12 am #7145AnonymousInactiveI think they are ugly and pointless… I don’t think they are inherently evil or anything.
October 19, 2006 at 4:26 pm #7151AnonymousInactiveAlright, so it’s obvious tatoos are not viewed highly by any of us. Next question is would you hire someone who had tattoos? Why or why not?[/color:1pec91kh]
October 19, 2006 at 5:08 pm #7152About Catholics TeamKeymasterHire them for what? I don’t think I would base my decision solely on the fact that they had a tattoo.

Neither would I. But many people do. If the guy had tatoos in his face and he was applying for a sales job, I think most people wouldn’t hire the guy.[/color:1p8vboxe]

True, but it isn’t like that is discriminating. You want someone who can sell things. People who have tatoos on their face are far less likely to sell things. That would be a smart business decision, I think.
If, of course, one’s priority is simply sold goods. If one is looking for diversity, or some type of “out there” feel for one’s store, it might change.
October 22, 2006 at 9:09 am #7170AnonymousInactiveI do not even write on myself with a pen.
But I have little problem with people (other than my children) who have tattoos. In fact, I believe the majority of my friends and associates sport ink.
