InactiveVatican condemns Israel for attacks on Lebanon
VATICAN CITY, July 14 (Reuters) – The Vatican on Friday strongly deplored Israel’s strikes on Lebanon, saying they were “an attack” on a sovereign and free nation. Vatican Secretary of State Cardinal Angelo Sodano said Pope Benedict and his aides were very worried that the developments in the Middle East risked degenerating into “a conflict with international repercussions.”July 17, 2006 at 3:07 am #6684About Catholics Team
KeymasterAs they should condemn them. This stuff is crazy with wars breaking out without much warning.

Mostly directed at the Arab Nations.
I deffinately do no agree with it’s decisions to go gun-ho and attack.
Diplomacy is slowly disappearing in their vocabulary.[/color:of5xvon6]July 17, 2006 at 10:48 pm #6691Anonymous
InactiveI agree, the war between Israel and Lebanon came quickly. I had to do a double take when I heard about it on the news a few days ago. It’s just a matter of time before it spreads and a bunch of nations step in and before you know it, nuclear war. To top that off, the military is doing virtual musters through the internet for the Inactive Reservists(me), pretty much putting us on standby in case we get called up within the next few weeks. If I get called up I will be very upset and sad at the same time. I’m sorry, but this whole world has gone to [b:iwi2ibd6][color=brown:iwi2ibd6]poop[/color:iwi2ibd6]![/b:iwi2ibd6]
