I am  divorced catholic but have remarried. I have had my first marrage annuled and granted. My new wife is in the process of getting first marriage annuled. But she feels that might be some problems as she married a jewish man. I married a catholic girl the first time. Do you think there will be a problem with my wife’s getting her annulment granted. I want to receive reconcilation and then receive holy communion but should I ask my parish preist first. I want to the right by the church laws but I am having a hard time just getting a blessing when I go to mass as I feel I am not truly a part of the mass and just want to give up with the whole process. Please can you please advise me on what is the right thing to do.

Hi John. Unfortunately I cannot speak to the specifics of your current wife’s situation. The sacrament of reconciliation is the perfect opportunity to talk to a priest and receive counsel about your situation. Take that step to go to confession and you will be on your way.
