Personally, I think this is outrageous. And of course, the ACLU supports it.

Yeah, that does not make sense that a charity solely affiliated with the Catholic Church is ordered to make birth control available to people.
Bogus!
Of course, as the articles notes, Catholic Charities does not require its employees to be Catholic. All they would have to do is change their policy and make it solely Catholic.
This is appauling. I tend to think that if this was put before a jury, it would be a different outcome. I’m not a fan of legislating from the bench.
