I have never had much experience with Perpetual Adoration. By the way, when you say perpetual, you mean constant, right? As in, there is ALWAYS someone in the church adoring?

Because if you are just talking about Eucharistic adoration in general, I have plenty of experience with that. It is always an easy time to pray when you see your God on the altar.
