We just found out that they have put Justin(OUR GRANDSON) on a Morphine pump to make him more comfortable. The CT scan showed that he has fluid built up on his head and his back. It also showed that the Tumors are growing. They are going to do their best to slow the growth of them but prognosis isn’t very good. Please Keep the family and Justin in your prayers this is going be a difficult road. Thank You.

January 30, 2007 at 3:48 pm #7747AnonymousInactiveI’ll join all the angels and Saints in Heaven in petitioning at the Throne of God for Justin.
February 1, 2007 at 1:00 am #7748AnonymousInactivePlease Keep the Prayers coming they are now needed more then ever. Unfortunately The MRI results showed that the cancer is spreading. They have discovered a Tumor wrapped around Justin’s spinal cord causing him diffculty in urintaing and also walking. They are saying that Justin will only have a few months left with us. They are going to decide today whether to contiue more treatment or to just alow Justin to go home where he wants to be and keep him comfortable on meds. If Justin does go home from the hospital I’ll be sure to update with an address for the Get well wishes to go to. JWe want to say Thanks again to everyone for your prayers and kind words in the guestbook etc. they do help us all get through each day. Thank You!
Update part 2
They have decided that Justin will be staying at Childrens at least until next Wednsday as they are going to start the Aggressive Radiation treatment only on the Tumor located on his spine in hopes that it will shrink at least enough to give him the ability to walk again and to urinate on his own. Please pray for the best outcome of the Radiation as we know the possibilities of it working are slim but we want to try everything. We are just like Justin and refuse to give up and will continue to fight. Thanks again!

Everybody heard the petition and said, “Lord, hear our prayer”. I will continue to pray as well. I’ll dedicate my rosary and St. Michael chaplet for him today.
