Protestants of course object to Papal Infallibility but they practice it nonetheless.

The pronouncements of Luther concerning faith only and Scripture only are received as infallible.

Luther said it, I believe it, and that settles it.

Also, the Reformers removal of the Deuterocanonical books from Scripture (yes, editing the Word of God) is also accepted as an infallible decision.
