My response would be to set up a ministry that helps to erradicate the poverty, not just hand out condomns. In that situation by advocating comdomn use we are also saying prostitution is an acceptable way to make a living if you are poor. WOW imagine the implications that would have.

I’m glad the Church won’t budge on this one. It would turn its back on hundreds of years of morality and respect for human dignity.
