This is another prayer from the same book by Yogananda. It is called : May I calm the storms of restless desires.

With the power that flows from perceptions of Thee, may I calm by Christ-like command* my storms fo restless desires.

Blessed Spirit, help me to subdue the incessant ripples of the little wave of my life, that Thine oceanic vastness spread over me.

In the limphid waters of my soul let me behold the unruffled reflection of thy stillness.
