Sometimes I need to stop and think when comfronted with someone like that. I wonder, do I really have their best interest at heart or my ego’s?

If it is their best interest, I will leave feeling sad for them. If its my ego, I will leave feeling anger at them. If I leave feeling flustrated, its both.
