I agree. Pharmacists have good records of what type of medications that their customs are taking. If a pharmacist sees a dangerous drug interaction or a possible addiction, then he/she is MORALLY obligated to not fill the perscription. They should not be made into robots who just hand out the drugs. That would make them little better that a drug dealer on the street.
