I think sit down meals are important too, but I did not grow up with them. I ate at the table and my mom ate in front of the tv. We were pretty disconnected during meals. I usually read something while I ate.

I think I missed out on some of that bonding time growing up so it is going to take some getting used to as I get older and get married.
