 My grandson(who is 5) has a cancerous tumor in his jaw and has been going for chemo for 16 weeks, and today my daughter was told after chemo by doctor said will have to surgery on tumor in December and there is a 50/50 chance they can get all of it,and will need facial reconstruction when it’s done.

[color=green:36rf1ir1]Of course this is caused from the fall of man, but still a tough question to understand. Maybe the ones who suffer the most will have the most joy in heaven or the path to heaven may be wider for them. God has certain plans for people that are beyond our understanding. A lot of things in life don’t seem to make sense, but when it comes to children suffering, or anyone for that matter; you are left with putting your trust in God. I believe suffering is a blessing in disguise. I think the more you suffer in this life and/or carry your cross in whatever way you are called to, the more of heaven will be opened to you. This is the only sense I can make of it. I could be totally wrong because this is just my opinion. [/color:36rf1ir1]
