InactiveMy stepdad has congestive heart failure, he is only in his 60s yet my grandparents in their 80’s have far better health than this man. It seems it is one thing after another, for instance weeks ago he was to have simple surgery for an elbow bursa sac-it was delayed to make sure his heart is okay, then they decided to prep him for a colon test and again it was cancelled because he had a severe gout attack and required morphine—-you get the picture—-one thing after another. He is depressed so his attitude will not help him heal. And I do not know how effective my own prayers are
because I feel he has alot of this ‘coming to him’ since to me he was always ‘above’ following good health practices. So please pray for our entire family in dealing with this. Thank you.

InactiveMy stepdad is out of the hospital as of a few days ago. He went in one week ago. Now he is diagnosed with kidney disease along with the congestive heart failure. I thank you all for your prayers-God our Heavenly Fathers answers our prayers before they are even uttered. Things did not look good when my stepfather entered the hospital- now even with the sad diagnosis he is getting the help he needs. Also- he called me on our 27th wedding anniversary sounding good- that was an answer to the prayer over my ambiguous feelings about the cause of his illness. Thank you God, thank you prayer warriors!
