I drink water and juice all day while I eat half a bagel in the morning, regular sized lunch, and half a bagel for dinner; no snacks. [/color:1tpjjoj1]
If blood sugar is a problem, try drinking juice instead of water. I use to drink water all day but I got a little light headed. So I switched to juice and it’s way better now. Also, I heard the tradional days of fasting are wednesdays and firdays. I just do it once a week, whatever day that works out best with my schedule for the week. But never on Sunday.
