My fasting is quite weak to be honest with you.
If I don’t eat I can’t survive for the day. I get so moody and my mind gets foggy. I think it really messes with my blood sugar.
Yah, I feel light headed sometimes and usually get a headache just after noon. I usually put honey with cinnamon and sugar on my bagel to keep me going.
Jon,I take 4 cinnamon tablets a day I’am not a diabetic but my doctor told me it helps maintain proper sugar balance.
If blood sugar is a problem, try drinking juice instead of water. I use to drink water all day but I got a little light headed. So I switched to juice and it’s way better now. Also, I heard the tradional days of fasting are wednesdays and firdays. I just do it once a week, whatever day that works out best with my schedule for the week. But never on Sunday.
