Hi Joanne! Nice to meet you. <img decoding=” title=”Very Happy” />

We are not that far from each other (technically) – I live in the Twin Cities.

So, which question was it that you were looking for? I’m always curious to see how people find my website.

I look forward to some discussions too!

    Thank-you for the welcome!

My question that was answered was a Protestant friend of mine had just seen the Passion. She wondered why at a wedding Mass she attended why they only gave the “Body” and not the “Blood.” She mentioned that in the movie, Jesus said to Eat and Drink both His Body and Blood.

I found my answer here! Thanks!

Jon, I am only four hours from Minneapolis. My daughter is going to law school at the University of Minnesota.

    Sunset,
    Thanks for the welcome!

Wow, cool. I go to the “U” as well. I graduate this spring with a degree in Religious Studies and Philosophy.

Does she go to the Newman Center at all? Who knows, I may have met or seen her before if she does.

    Hi Jon,

I know she goes to Mass at the Newman Center in Minneapolis. I was there one weekend and went with her. The music there was beautiful!

I talked to her and told her about this forum. She spends most of her time studying though. The first year of law swchool has been hard!

    God Bless

I bet law school is hard. It’s certainly not something I’d like to adventure into.

Anyway, if you’re ever down here again and going to the Newman Center for mass maybe we could meet up. <img decoding=” title=”Smile” /> And yes, the music is beautiful there, it’s some of the best I have ever heard at a Catholic church.
