Some months ago I came on here to post a question or two — one thing led to another and I have made a full confession and am now attending regular Mass and will be doing Eucharistic Devotion during Lent. I saw a spiritual director. I’m on my way.

I am ever thankful for those who helped me find my way, which began on here.

I am still struggling with some secular issues — laid off and a fall which caused a leg injury which made me lose my part time job when I could no longer do the subways. My leg is improving.

But other things have begun to fall into place. And it began here with a question.

For all You have given,
Thank You God.

For all You have withheld,
Thank You God.

For all You have withdrawn,
Thank You God.

For all You have permitted,
Thank You God.

For all You have prevented,
Thank You God.

For all You have forgiven me,
Thank You God.

For all You have prepared for me,
Thank You God.

For the death You have chosen for me,
Thank you God.

For the place you are keeping for me in heaven,
Thank You God.

For having created me to love You for eternity,
Thank You God.
