please, can i have some proof and reasoning of WHY the apocrypha SHOULD be included in bibles? how do we know for sure they are biblical?

The question is, how do we know they are not? They were removed by the Reformers in the 1400s, long after they had been accepted by Christianity for nearly a millenium.
