This brings up the problem of Fr. Leonard Feeney. Fr. Feeney a Jesuit who defined the statement “Outside of the Church (Catholic) there is no salvation” in a very Narrow way. He taught that only a baptized Roman Catholic in the state of Grace would be saved.
