[color=olive:oz3dorwb]I don’t understand…. “Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers”, and “Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God”.
I know it’s saying that God is the power. But what’s the right and wrong way to make political decisions based upon that power (God)? If Catholic politicians believe, both on liberal and conservative sides, that they are trying their best in making political decisions(while taking God into consideration and not resisting his power) but are still split down the middle; then how can God condemn either side to damnation if they are making their decisions the best they morally can? Is it because they resisteth his power? What exactly does, “resisteth his power” mean anyways? And before you “resisteth the power”, how do you know if it’s come upon you to begin with? I’m confused, someone give me some Tylenol. ” title=”Confused” /> [/color:oz3dorwb]
