I don’t think so much about the entire culture because it indeed does require vast amounts prayer. But with each encounter- say the television show you thought would be ‘ok’, or being bombarded with the immodest dress that people display everyday, hearing or seeing lewd activities—-this doesn’t so much disgust me as much as it makes me feel great compassion for the ‘offenders’. For truly they must not be aware of how very much their Heavenly Father loves them. If a person realizes that they are a new creation in Christ Jesus they would just feel so special that they would not even consider activities that demean themselves……..they are precious lambs lost in the cold darkness and we need to help ‘shepherd’ them home.
